Thoughts & Reflections draw on my practice delivering adult and community education, digital skills training and inclusive learning programmes in Sligo and the North-West. They are shaped by classroom experience, conversations with learners, and the questions that tend to linger after sessions end. Rather than offering advice or solutions, this space is about paying attention to what changes through learning, to how people experience education later in life, and to what it means to approach programme design and delivery in a human-centred way.
