These interactive and supportive workshops designed to help participants use digital technologies and the Internet specific to their role in the Community Centre. The workshops are designed to encourage confidence, creativity, and collaboration between class members through shared learning.

• Downloading apps and updating software;

• Email;

• Booking flights and train tickets;

• Online shopping;

• Artificial Intelligence (AI);

• Introduction to Microsoft Word;

• Introduction to Canva;

• Introduction to Social Media

One-to-One Sessions

These sessions build digital confidence through guided, hands-on practice at the person’s own pace. Focusing upon what is important to them to learn for their role, I offer personalised support to help them gain skills to use their devices and the Internet safely and competently.
